Dynamite Recruitment supporting in the recruit of a Administrator for a financial services company based in Winchester. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support our Account Executives in the day-to-day management of insurance renewals and administrative tasks. This is a key role within the business, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys working with people, and has a knack for staying organised.
  
Responsibilities include:  
  • Coordinate and book insurance renewal appointments between clients and Account Executives.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to gather required information and answer general queries.
  • Renewal Preparation Support
  • Assist in compiling relevant documentation and client information ahead of renewal meetings.
  • Ensure post-renewal documents are filed and processed correctly.
  • Mid-Term Adjustment Processing
  • Manage mid-term changes requested by clients, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Draft renewal packs, needs assessments, disclosure statements, and cover letters outlining any new terms.
