- Coordinate and book insurance renewal appointments between clients and Account Executives.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients to gather required information and answer general queries.
- Renewal Preparation Support
- Assist in compiling relevant documentation and client information ahead of renewal meetings.
- Ensure post-renewal documents are filed and processed correctly.
- Mid-Term Adjustment Processing
- Manage mid-term changes requested by clients, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Draft renewal packs, needs assessments, disclosure statements, and cover letters outlining any new terms.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
