With over 25 years of experience, Fran has built a deep understanding of how commercial functions operate and the impact the right people have on business performance.
Fran's expertise is reflected in strong delivery, including a 95% CV to interview ratio and a 95% fill rate. She has built long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates, with many partnerships lasting over 20 years, giving clients confidence in a consistent, high-quality recruitment solution.
